Hair Meed With Dr Miracle
cabbage soup
When I lived in Pisa, I knew, appreciated and learned to cook cabbage soup.
recipe taught me the way to the greengrocer Nunziatina, where I was going back from work every day.
First, very long and tedious task: Clean and wash the cabbage.
Sauté onion, celery and carrot. When the onion is golden add the tomato paste.
Proceed stewing the leaves of the cabbage and onion Then add beans and cover with a little water, because the soup should be very consistent.
After an hour of cooking switch on the mixer, add the slices of bread to increase the consistency and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
